Official Google Docs application for Android has been available

Google recently released Google Docs official application for Android that may help your paperwork daily. The application is compatible with all Android phones are already running Android OS 2.1 or above eclair.

Google Docs for Android allows users to create, view, edit, share, and upload documents directly from your smart phone or tablet. The surplus again, this application also can convert images into editable text using OCR technology (optical character recognition), the same as used by Google Goggles for quick translation.

Users also can open documents directly from Gmail and use the widget on the main display to open quick document that has been given an asterisk. Google said the only limitation of this application is not able to recognize handwriting and some types of fonts.
