Samsung Bada 2.0 Performance Dentistry at MWC 2011

Samsung in MWC 2011 demonstrating their artificial platform of Bada. At this time the platform is being developed to version 2.0 which will incorporate elements of social networking, location-based services, content services, and mobile payments. In this event demonstrate three applications that demonstrate the ability of this new OS.

Location-based service applications in BADA 2.0 is called Tripper. In addition to featuring places of interest (POI) and routes of travel, this application also entered the social networking features with the ability to share location, giving the value of a location, and others. The application also communicates with an online directory which allows users to find interesting places around the user.

Bada OS 2.0 also has a collection of APIs that can be used by third parties to access their social networking accounts. This feature is referred to as the Life-logging. With Life-logging, trail use will be stored and can be distributed to friends, including other activities such as listening to music.

The second application, called SEIA will monitor the use of a particular word that can be distributed to friends. For this application will be available strict privacy controls. With this application can also upload images to a server that can be accessed Samsung's other friends.

The third application is called Caster who use push to synchronize between mobile devices and computer contents, including with friends. These services include information on news, gaming services, SNS, and others.

BADA 2.0 interface is also different than previous versions. There's My Buddies SNS application, notification, and other interesting control movement as seen in the demo below:


Samsung itself has not announced what the device will get an update this 2.0 OS Bada and new gadgets that will be installed later.
